What We Do

Services

A full dispatch system built specifically for student transportation — not a generic fleet tool.

Route & Fleet Management

Routes, vans, and drivers are matched, scheduled, and monitored for conflicts — double-bookings, capacity issues, and unassigned routes are flagged automatically.

Live Location Tracking

Drivers share their live position during their route so dispatch always knows where every vehicle is.

Pickup & Drop-off Confirmation

Every student's pickup and drop-off is tracked in real time, with automatic alerts to parents, teachers, and the school if anything is missed.

Parent Absence Reporting

Parents can report an absence directly online — no phone calls, no account needed — so drivers and dispatch always have accurate information.

District Alerts & Broadcasts

Delays, weather closures, and other announcements reach parents, teachers, and drivers instantly by email.

Driver Pay & Scheduling

Pay is calculated automatically from actual schedules — correctly excluding days off, approved time-off, and district closures.
